In order for us to better provide you with the proper information or health plan recommendations, we need to know certain information about you, such as your prescription drugs.
It’s not ethical for us to recommend a plan that does not cover your prescription drug, so please have your medications with you on the call if you need us to find you a plan that better suits you.
CURRENT DOCTORS
In order for us to better provide you with the proper information or health plan recommendations, we may need to know your primary care doctors & any specialists that you are already seeing. The right plan for you is likely one that has your doctor in their network. Of course, there is more to finding the right plan, but this information helps us to narrow the right plan for you.
OTHER INFORMATION
We may need to know your Medicare Number to ensure you have Part A & B Medicare. It is also important for us to know when you first in enrolled in Part A & B so we can get a better idea of your situation. There are health insurance plans that are guaranteed issues, such as Medicare Supplements. We want to make sure we give you the highest level of service.
